CCBS (Car Control Box System) was developed by a consortium of companies Quick & Quality IT s.r.o. and SECAPRO, s.r.o. The CCBS solution for vehicle control allows, in terms of requirements, to scan and verify the vehicle, its condition, and any damage caused during the time of the vehicle rental. The image record captured from cameras is stored in a data storage where it is archived. The CCBS application allows the client to easily search and display these image records.
The CCBS system includes the following components
Aluminum frame
Designed with installation channels for integrating camera lenses, optimized for strength and long-term durability.
Polycarbonate panel
Used in the spaces between the aluminum frame to ensure even light distribution and contribute to aesthetic appearance.
LED backlighting
Designed to provide constant and uniform lighting conditions inside the box, regardless of the time of day.
System distributors
Contain control units and all necessary electrical installations crucial for system reliability and efficiency.
Information LED panel
Enables communication with drivers and provides information about the inspection process and further instructions.
Loop detectors / IR Barriers
Optional components for adapting the system to specific installation conditions.
Colored road markings
Ensure intuitive driver navigation and correct positioning of vehicles within the inspection box.
Special program
Vehicle Inspection, Check and Return System Software, CCBS application for conducting inspections and documenting scanned vehicles.
Entry and exit gates
The SKIDATA gates connected to the vehicle scanning system enable manual or automatic entry and exit of vehicles from the scanning location.
How does the whole CCBS solution work?
MODULAR AND EXPANDABLE
The system allows for the integration of optional features that can be added based on client interest. For further CCBS upgrades, the following can be used:
- Possibility of expansion with a kiosk system

- Mobile phone interface for additional vehicle photo documentation by the client's employee handling, for example, a vehicle damage event

PHOTO AND VIDEO
CCBS captures two records simultaneously - it records video and takes photographs. The video format is secure MxPEG+. Additional photographs can be extracted from the video recording. Given the ratio of size to quality of photographs, the JPG format is chosen. Of course, it is possible to use a different format for video recordings and photographs if the client requests it.
